Simple plan for losing weight

Getting started on a weight loss journey does not have to be a complicated process. By making simple adjustments to your habits and behaviours, you can start to make some great progress.
Here’s how to get started.
⁃ Include low calorie veggies with most of your meals.
⁃ Include leaner protein with most of your meals.
⁃ Be wary and conscious of snacking, 1 per day, fruit or protein preferably.
⁃ Stick to low or zero calorie drinks and condiments.
⁃ Start walking more. Aim for 8-12 thousand steps per day.
⁃ Start resistance training a few times per week.
