Tips for a healthier weekend

Weekends can be a time to relax and unwind, but they can also derail healthy habits.

It’s not uncommon to let loose and indulge in your favourite foods on the weekends. However, it’s important to maintain healthy habits throughout the week and not let the weekends set you back. Here are some tips to stay on track.

Work out

Don’t skip your workout just because it’s the weekend! You don’t want to ruin all your hard work from the week. Consistency pays off over time!

Create a meal plan

Limit alcohol
