Here I present a Total Body Circuit Workout that will get your heart pumping and muscles engaged. This circuit is designed to target multiple muscle groups and boost your overall strength and endurance. 

Equipment Needed:

  • Dumbbell or Kettlebell (for Goblet Squats and Deadlifts)
  • Towel (for Sliders)

Workout Details:

This Total Body Circuit consists of three pairs of exercises (labelled A1/A2, B1/B2, and C1/C2). Perform each exercise in a pair back-to-back (A1 followed by A2, B1 followed by B2, and so on) with minimal rest between them. After completing both exercises in a pair, take a short rest before moving on to the next pair. Complete 3-4 sets of each pair before progressing to the next.
